"I was a loyal customer to this pharmacy for over two years. I got new insurance and called with my information. Patsy, the pharmacist, refused to take my info “I found you with your SSN” I asked if it was the coverage through “new insurance company” he said that he couldn’t tell but the scripts were going through with no copay and I was good to come pick them up, which I did and continued to do for the next three months. After that, Patsy realized his error, I still don’t understand what it was, apparently some discount card was applied that shouldn’t be, and they told my husband I owed them 4 months worth of copays. I am on a lot of prescriptions, this came as a shock, but we all make mistakes right? No big deal except Patsy told my husband that “we should have been questioning “Village” when we weren’t being charged copays”. First off, it was his mistake and instead of owning it like a man he deflects his mistakes onto us. My husband explained as it was new insurance, we didn’t know what to expect in terms of copays. Patsy still said “I would have questioned it if I were you.” extremely rudely. I called to try to find out what happened and was hung up on. If I have to question my pharmacist after he blatantly refused to take my insurance info….. I need a new pharmacist and so do the rest of you. Patsy, I hope you learn how to take insurance info instead of rushing people off the phone so you can play on yours."

"Very friendly and informative workers and they are everything you could need for a pharmacy. They don’t have a drive through but they have their own front door and it’s very seldom crowded"

"Prescriptions are ready in a timely manner. No long waits here! Staff is pleasant and very helpful. Pharmacist takes time with you if you have any questions regarding your medications. Staff and pharmacist treat you like family. Would highly recommend."
