"I wish I could give them zero stars. We were abruptly dropped while my father had a hospital stay. We were left abandoned with no care upon his discharge. We were clients for a year and spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company. There were several times that they were unable to cover shifts due to call outs of their staff. We were given no notice (they called the morning of) and had to rely on family and neighbors to help. It should be illegal to put a family and client in this position. We will file a BBB complaint and pursue other avenues to help prevent others from experiencing this. Beware of this company and their practices as they are unreliable and put my father’s health and wellbeing at risk."

"This a great 2nd job or to supplement income. Awesome place to work, awesome staff, family oriented and own by a family, flexible scheduling, understanding when you need off and family comes first. Been here for 4 years full time and now work part time. They care about their employees. At full time pay make enough to pay your bills you won't get rich in the cargiver field but you make enough to pay your bills and choose when you want to work bonus they will train you also. The owners are good people and care. Hard to find jobs like that. You got to different people's home to care for them and there is opportunity for other positions if one is available."

"First I would like to thank the caregivers that came into my mothers home to care for her during the last few months of her life. They were a nice group of women and we couldn't have managed without them. The next thing I want to address is the office staff. Never have I experienced such an unprofessional and insincere group of people. The billing was wrong nearly every time. When I called to have it corrected they would take my number but never call me back. There were even a couple of times that no caregiver showed up and there was no communication with our family. If you call after hours dont bother leaving a message...you will not get a reply. Hire more or better staff Home Instead...you have our loved ones in your hands."
