The other side was engraved crooked-- they know it, they have acknowledged it, and told me that certain measurements were within their, "acceptable guidelines." They were surprised that I was not happy. They tried a quick fix, which did not work. You cannot fix crooked. The stone should be replaced, and done right from the beginning."
