"This was the worse bus I have ever been on!!!! The 1st driver was late picking us up, rude and gave us a list of rules in a condescending tone. Then we were told we would be switching drivers but turned out that we had to switch buses and drivers. The 2nd bus was even worse! It felt like we were on a boat in rough seas, bouncing all around and swaying side to side. I have motion sickness and had to keep taking medication. I don't think this bus is safe to be on the road. Plus, we could smell fumes by the windows at times. I'm never getting on one of their buses again!"

"If I could give it no stars I would this transportation service is terrible. First the driver picked us up late to go on a trip to greektown casino when it was time to leave from there we were told the bus was broken down at 5:45pm and we've been stuck for about 5 hours now walking around in the cold and we're from Cleveland Ohio"

"We rented a coach bus from them and the driver didn't have a clue how to even drive the bus! The bus was also a very bad bus, there were no outlets. I was very disappointed."
