Communication is everything if your too busy just say your too busy . I won’t be trying her again."

"I understand life happens, especially in this “new normal” of the world. However, how we respond in time of crisis shows who we truly are and I was not happy with my experience with Cyd. We had a party of 40 people planned, menu decided, headcount confirmed. Then, six days before the party (which was 12/26), Cyd called letting us know she was unable to cater our event due to an emergency and offered no other options, only offered other suggestions when asked and quickly got off the phone, which we felt was very unprofessional. She really just left us on our own to figure it out. We were only able to have it catered after trying 15 different places that weren’t able to do it and one place, V and V Scratch Kitchen, who is closed on Sundays (the day of the party) but heard our story and couldn’t believe that happened to us ….agreed to do it and it was fabulous! In the end, everything happens for a reason and we were lucky that Cyd cancelled on us last minute and we were able to experience V & V Scratch Kitchen."
