Vocelli Pizza

"Everytime I call I am waiting for someone to pick up for about 5 minutes. When they do answer no matter what time it is they are "closing up" for the night. The Google hours say 10pm and they say this at 8 or earlier."

"This place is a ghost town at 12 noon on a Thursday. The store is closed and the phones don’t answer. Is this location still operating?"

"We ordered pizza on a Friday at around 4:30pm online. Waited two hours, no pizza. We finally called to ask where our pizza was. Whoever answered the phone was very rude. No explanation why the order was going to be late or a call to say they had a long backlog do we still want the order. When the order finally arrived the delivery driver never said a word then shoved the open pizza bag in my face. I had to remove the pizza from the bag. Order elsewhere."

"Will never order from cool springs location again. We order at 9:40 on the website. It let me order. No issues. Other companies know how to program their app to stop taking orders. We were already in the parking. They saw us.. open sign was on. When we went into pick up. They said we can't make it. We need time to clean and can't stay late. The app was only open, because we didn't close the credit card machine. They had the order with a phone number and could have called. They did not. Could have come out to the car.. did not.. If they would have; we could have made other plans like fast food or Giant Eagle. With everything closing at 10pm we had no other options. Why make someone wait unnecessarily? That is just rude. If the owner/manager wants then out at 10pm on the dot. That is ok.. BUT change the app/website or teach customer service. This is why their was an order call center. So things like this didn't happen. Your employees are a representation of your business."

"Ordered two pizzas with bread stick bites with two extra ranch dipping sauces. Opened the pizzas and they weren’t even cut, come to find out the “ranch” was actually icing dipping sauce, bottom of pizzas were still doughy. Complete lack of care by the staff and won’t be going back. Moral of this review, check your sauces, have your own pizza cutter on hand and pre heat your ovens, basically don’t go here. I gave two stars because the pizza kinda tasted good."
