"Eight months we’ve waited to have my mothers headstone installed at her gravesite. We paid in full to have it created last November. Now it’s June, they have yet to finish the job. Footer installed for six months. Cemetery has called them too. They’ve had various excuses each time we call to see what is holding things up. Weather bad, cemetery didn’t call to confirm footer done. Very frustrating."
