"The best doctor I have ever had she took such good care of me when we moved from Philadelphia she made shore me and my husband had all our med even my mental health and got right in a facility and my nurse is not just a nurse she's a friend she's a heir for she takes care of you mainly me and I get on her nerve but I love her and mike front desk damn it to can't spell his whole name you no who I'm talking about I couldn't get through what I have with out them they my family doctor"

"I had a long wait for my appointment and had a fairly pleasant exchange with the doctor. However I did have some messages that I sent afterwards to her for some things regarding how my insurance was billing for tests. The medical assistant had accused me of committing Insurance fraud, despite the fact that I spoke to my insurance ahead of time. I was not even able to speak to the doctor afterwards in fact, every time I called the office, somebody would actively pick up the phones and hang up immediately. This is not how someone should be running an office. PCP play a vital role and I was truly disappointed with how my healthcare needs were handled. Will be going elsewhere for my concerns, I suggest anyone reading this do the same."

"I did have quite a wait for an appointment, I made it in May and was seen in October, but I’ve found that to be the case regionally. I was very pleased with my first appointment. Dr. Santee did not rush, we talked about my concerns, developed a plan, and she set up future appointments, ordered labs, mammogram, etc. Her staff was especially pleasant and helpful."
