"Save you selfe the time the employees here have no idea on how to treat customers I've been a triple a member since 2000 never have I had a encounter make me want to drop my insurance.... you need to do better on your attitude ... I do not recommend I'd give a 0 if I could.... and reading the other reviews I think there is a growing issue in this office triple a needs to review at a high level ..."

"One of the ladies was so rude to another customer, it embarrassed me. The girl that waited on us was so slow. Something that should have taken 10 minutes took well over an hour. She kept answering the phone and having to switch computer screens to get information for them. This definitely was not a good experience."

Can't beat paying $7.50 for a month of premium AAA roadside assistance to save over $40 off the fees for the car."
