"This was the worst experience. Not only did I wait almost 1.5 hours for an appointment but I confirmed with them twice my pharmacy to send my prescription to and they sent it to a whole different pharmacy. I was downtown for a short time urgently needing this med. I won't visit here again."

"The testing site does require you to make an appointment, but they clearly outline what the procedure will be like and there's a medical professional through a laptop to consult you asking about your condition. I'm not sure about the past, but you do NOT get charged hundreds of dollars from consulting with the medical professional. They perform a FREE test. You also do not need medical insurance. They perform a nose swab and let you know the rapid PCR in about an hour and you get the results back for the PCR test in 2-3 days."

"This is one of the most seamless testing sites I’ve been to. It’s clean, well organized and fast. I’m typically in and out in a few minutes. Before you test, you talk to a doctor or nurse, which I really like. I get to ask questions about the test or what to do if I’m sick."

"I was told the COVID test was free. I confirmed that when checking in. I was NEVER told there was a doctor in the room around the corner behind a screen in a tiny closet - I thought this was the room where the swabbing was done, but I entered the room to find a tall rolling cart with a laptop on it, with a doctor who was in a nearby office building for a virtual visit. He asked me a few quick questions (Why are you getting the test? Are you feeling sick? When do you need the results by?) then said I was good to get the test performed. Then I was sent around the corner to get the swab. The doctor and the staff absolutely get 5 stars for friendliness and ease of visit. The whole operation gets 0 stars for not being upfront about there being a doctor present, and that I would be charged hundreds of dollars for a 3 minute conversation. Highly deceptive. This is an old storefront with old carpet that is a pop-up for testing. They have huge air purifiers next to the chair where they do the swabbing (which is great). I would not return to this location as I'm now out almost $300 for a 3 minute conversation that I was never told I would have. Seriously deceptive."
