"Called this place to schedule appointment for one of my patients. This clown hung up on me."
"What is up with uh parma!!? Two employees told me to go to bldg 4 for X-rays. Two employees told me to go to the main bldg. Their awful "epic" system sent me a text telling me to call and schedule an appt, when I called I was told I could just walk in. The employee in registration told me to follow the blue line to radiology, which was incorrect. It took 15+ minutes to register me. Does uh parma put a mirror under applicants noses' and if it fogs up, they're hired? The radiology technician was great though!"
"This place is a JOKE!!!!! Always understaffed. I've waited well over 24 hours to have my X-ray read to see if my shoulder is broken and they said to check back after 48 hours. Absolutely inexcusable!!!!!!!"
