"Clearly we all are super nervous when it comes to something like this. But let me tell ya. I’ve had the best outcome so far. Stayed in our hotel the night before( which I was hesitant about, but the hotel is super nice), had surgery (went by fast) then went back to the hotel to sleep. If you walk as much as possible it helps with gas pains. I recommend you do that too. I slept the first 3 days. On day 4- I had iv therapy to help with me feeling fatigued and malnourished. Highly recommend doing this. It helped me a lot. Day 6- I went back to work. I took it slow at work though. Day 7 -I was down 10lbs. I’m not going to lie the liquid diet is hard but it’s worth it. Now I’m at my two week mark and down 15lbs. I can’t wait to see my future results. I highly recommend Dr. Augusta at JourneyLite for your weight loss journey."
