"It was great! Our food came out nuclear hot. The fountain drink section was dirty and needed to be restocked and cleaned. To be fair, we did go right after lunch rush. Everything else - including tables and floors - was clean, though. Our toast was not toasted but warmed. It was just ok."

"Crazy happy that they brought Cane's to Niles, OH!!!! ♥️ Best Sweet Tea around. And the Cane sauce....LOVE IT!!! I'm a ketchup girl all the way, but I dip my chicken and my fries in Cane sauce!!! Crazy busy but got our food quick and it was hot!!!! The drive thru was packed too. Had police directing the traffic because the setup is not the best. But HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you like chicken strips, Texas toast and CANE SAUCE!!! ♥️"
