Pizza Hut

"Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and 2 sandwiches. Neither sandwich had lettuce or tomatoes or italian dressing that they where suppose to have. The pizza was a regular crust pizza and not a stuffed crust pizza and looked like a 3rd grader had made it. Tried to call the store and was put on hold by what I believe is an answering service since i had to speak to the actual store manager and then after being on hold for 15 minutes they just hung up on me."

"This is what I received for cheese and cinnamon sticks lol Oh and the pizza was drenched in sauce. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up."

"This place is trash. Over priced. Foods under cooked. I spent 65$ just for a pizza and order of wings. The pizza was not even warm when we got it plus the medium hot wing sauce I've always ordered was now all the sudden different. Tasted horrible. I called and said they must of put the wrong sauce on my wings. They said no we changed that sauce. Shouldn't they tell people that when they order that sauce so people can choose if they want to try this different sauce? So I was frustrated and said I'll come bring the food back I want a refund. The manager gets on the phone and said they don't do refunds. Very rude too. And since they no longer had the sauce I wanted I did not want any other food from them just my money back. So I called corprate. They said they would call me back within 3 business days about the issue. It's been over a month now. Pizza hut used to be a great place to eat. Now I will never spend another dollar in a pizza hut ever again."

"Good thing we ordered 2 orders of fries! $3.39 for each box… I think I get more fries in a kid’s happy meal!"

"After a poor experience a couple of weeks ago, I decided to give this place another chance after the manager, Sam, made an effort to make my experience better. Here we are again with boneless wings with barely any sauce and what is supposed to be a Super Supreme pizza cut into squares (for my toddler). I called and got no apology and no sympathy, but they offered to remake it. Spend your hard earned money literally anywhere else. They just brought my replacement order and the delivery driver was kind and apologized. The pizza is great, but there’s literally NO sauce on the “honey barbecue” wings. What a joke."
