"The staff there is AMAZING! They are so kind and considerate. They really take the time to listen to you and help you. Kristina is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. I have been there several times for various things. She has helped me multiple times and has always known exactly what she needs to do. She is GREAT at making me feel comfortable as well as I have high functioning autism. I go to this place time and time again and they have never disappointed."

"Very clean facility. My issue is I went to take a dug screen for my employer, I sat for over and hour and was finally taken back. I was unable to fill the cup halfway (which in my experience usually isn't an issue) it was reading the temperature just fine with the amount in there (I saw the temp. strip changing colors), the employee looked at the cup, said its not enough and it wasn't reading temperature. I kindly told her it was reading and she proceeded to dump it and tell me I could wait 2 hours and try again or she can mark it as "refusal" I tried to explain I needed to get back to my kids and didn't have a sitter for much longer and she told me that's not her issue. Thank God my employer is allowing me to try again tomorrow. In all my experience taking urine screens I've never dealt with this ever. Please do better."

"I felt the place was very unprofessional..I went to get tested for Covid. I tested negative. But I wouldn’t be surprised if I get it from being there! It started out fine. They have you wait in your car, but call you in too soon. I don’t know why they called me to come in, there was already over 1O people in the waiting room all waiting to get tested, all way too close to each other. I felt very uncomfortable with the situation. I had to wait about another 25 minutes inside before actually getting tested. While waiting there they called in another 6 people! I felt they wanted to get us all in there to speed up the process because they were already late in closing. I would not recommend this place."
