I called for a change in counselor, and was told I couldn't change without talking to the assigned counselor first. Not sure why, but I was told I'd recieve a call from them, but never received the call. Expectations of reaching out for help, was not met ultimately."

Not only did they not get a suicidal teenager in but they never called to check on him. I waited a week and a half before I called them, to see if they would call and they never did. Very disappointed."
