"We couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician! Dr. Tattershall has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to my 3 daughters. My kids actually remember her and look forward to seeing her, which isn’t something that happens with any other dr the see lol She has helped us with SO much. My oldest struggles with many different kinds of issues and she has been so patient, understanding, and educational throughout it all. She has helped us get on a road to finding answers and solving problems we weren’t sure we could solve. We love her and appreciate her so much!!!"

"I called the emergency line today for Akron Childrens Hospital and Dr. Tattershall was the on call Dr that returned my call. I had received blood work on my son through my chart and I was concerned with the results. Dr Tattershall took her time explaining each result and made sure I understood. She was patient, compassionate and kind. I was very impressed with her and I am thinking of switching to her. This is the kind of Dr. I want taking care of my children."

"This establishment has the best staff and drs around. I refer everyone there we have never had a problem getting in with the understanding when a bug is going around or flu season but never had a problem. if my child is that sick we are able to go to boardman or warren.each dr listens to what I have to say and we agree on treatment.highly recommend any dr here but we see tattershall."

"The office staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office itself has up-to-date technology and is always clean, which is appreciated! The wait time was limited for well-visits, but I could not schedule a sick visit and was referred to the ACH ER as a solution, even though it wasn’t an emergency situation. However, the quality of care that was received from Dr. Tattershall was subpar and incredibly disappointing as a first time parent. In my experience with this doctor, there is a lack of empathy and compassion for parents. She is borderline disrespectful, somewhat condescending, and can be flat out rude. I’ve worked with children (as a teacher) my entire adult life and would never consider speaking to parents the way she spoke to us on multiple occasions. Truly, she has zero bedside manner and reads off of a screen instead of listening to the parents of her patients and working toward a plan that is comfortable for everyone involved. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! We left the practice in November 2017 and haven’t regretted it at all. I have not experienced this type of treatment since seeking out a new pediatrician and Nurse Practitioner at Pediatric Associates of Youngstown in Poland. I wish I would have initially listened to others and avoided this office at all costs!"
