"Appointment take an awful long time to obtain. PRAY IF YOU THINK GETTING A CPAP MACHINE IS EASY. Doctors very nice and Profesional but most patients just won't do what they are told wasting everyone's time. Staff is on the ball but no longer take cash for payments. Sleeping beds are firm and bed bug proof they are a level above prison cots. HOPEFULLY YOU WEAR YOUR CPAP MASK AND ADD A FEW YEARS TO YOUR LIFE. PARKING IS HORRIBLE AND THE LOT ISNT FOR PATIENTS."

"If I could give to this center 0000 its will be great! I scheduled appointment for my 4 years old son 1 month ago for March 8. I confirmed my appointment on March 6. We drove there 40 min and finally lady in at the window told me that my appointment was cancelled. And she didn't know why!!!!! I told her you have 1 month to figure out what's is going on. And a confirmed my appointment 2 days before visit. My son didn't sleep all day because of the sleep center. And finally we drove back 40 min. We lost all day, time and my son's nervous. He was cry all this evening because wanted sleep. Before you need go there just make sure you have appointment otherwise you will come back to home. I don't have future plans to go there! And don't recommend to anybody else. Find another good place"

"Love Dr. Maureen Smith she is very friendly and understanding. Have not had any issues at all with this place. I don't see what all the bad reviews are about definitely an under-rated place. I used to go to another sleep doctor in doctor in Chicago "The Center for Sleep Medicine" and they were absolutely clueless glad I found UIC sleep center."

"If I could give the sleep study center a negative star I would rate them at -5 ☆.DROVE 30 miles to get there only to be told that I was not in the schedule, after being told earlier in the day to be there by 7:30pm . I must admit the young lady really did her best to make things better, after trying to reach a supervisor twice never receiving a an answer back I just gave up and went back home .I will making calls to hospital administrator myself first thing in the morning"
