"I been here three hours it nevee takes me this long.They are by far the most unprofessional and the slowest ever I sat in the hair over an hour before anyone did anything. This is one of the worst experiences ever. You want great customer service go to the livonia office. This office need to hire y who wants to work I put in plenty apps so who really is the problem. This is aweful and awful is a understatement"

"First visit was long, but understandable. The second visit was absolutely ridiculous. Lab Tech floating around complaining how she didn’t get lunch, doesn’t want to see another face after 4pm, and then promptly leaves at 4pm, abandoning 8 appointments. We were told by a manager to “please come back tomorrow, we’ll definitely get you in. Please don’t leave any bad reviews. I’m short staffed. I’m trying. I promise tomorrow will be better” Fast forward to the next day: Security stationed at the door, locked up at 3:15pm. The manager, who “promised” us we’d get in the next day, nowhere to be seen. This immediately bumped everyone on the promotion of $750 off of the promotion. I will not return to such a poorly managed location. Very disappointing."
