"Companion Care was hired to provide care for my father while my husband and I are at work. The aide never showed up for work, and more importantly the company never contacted us to notify us of the call off. The company has 5 different phone numbers of contact and not one of them was used! My father is completely bed ridden and cannot do anything on his own. He had been home alone all day with no care. He was soaked in his own urine form his knees to his shoulders, lying in his own stool. He was left alone in over 80 degree weather with no food or beverage. He was extremely upset by this and is now fearful when we leave for work. Communication within this company is extremely lacking! They constantly point fingers at each other. All they had to say regarding this was "we are sorry but you won't have an aide tomorrow either" I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."
