"Good luck getting any response from the billing department. Can’t make a payment online, no one responds to phone calls, sent payment by certified mail and that hasn’t been processed either. All this after I gave up on their insurance department. They claimed they were appealing with my insurance for months. They continued to send me bills during that process and are now threatening collections on a still pending insurance appeal. Will never use this lab again for anything."

"Pop up clinic in our community. Listed as 4-7pm. I arrived at 615 for a 630-645pm appointment slot. Slots online as late as 645pm. The man checking in was extremely rude and said we don’t have anymore vaccines we don’t have time. I explained how I had an appointment and he said due to only 1 person administering shots they will be injecting past 7 and they are only contracted until 7pm. They turned away many of our daycare workers that end their work day at 6pm as they walked over told them they would not administer them. They should not have appointments this late if they are unwilling to continue administering through said appointment times. Very rude and very unprofessional. So disappointed. Such a waste of everyone’s time. Would not recommend going to any of their community pop up clinics"

"I was in a time crunch and needed my PCR test results fast. They said it would take 48 hours, it only took about 12. I got my results at 1 a.m. the next day, on a weekend, even though they are closed. Thank you Fulgent and county health :) I am so grateful that I didn't have to pay for an expensive PCR test. People are price gouging now."

"Schedule an appointment online for drive up covid testing at Fairplex Pomona for a 3:30 appt. Showed up right on time. There was a massive line of cars, so they clearly overbooked. Took about 15 minutes for me to get to the gate, just for a gentleman dressed as security to tell me that “they are closed”. Gate was closed off at 3:45. Disorganized organization who shouldn’t be conducting testing so close to the holidays if they can’t properly schedule. Website states they’re open until 4."

"I've been going here over a year since the pandemic started. I bring COVID-19 tests for my staff and patients, at one point almost daily, including weekends. From the start, the staff were excellent as we all learned about testing, test kits, and e-requisitions. Some times and days are busier than others, but the drop off process is smooth and organized. Picking up test kits, labels, etc. are easily arranged through our rep via email. Thanks to Kevin, Katie and Monica for all the help over thr past year. Even as the pandemic winds down, Fulgent will be our go to testing lab for Flu, any of the variants of C-19 and whatever else the future brings."
