"A family member had to have a PICC line placed for treatment they needed. The office doing the treatments kind forgot about the PICC line and that it needed removed after treatments ended. Well Dr Shusters office got my dad in the day after we called and it was removed with no issues. It’s good to know some Doctors Offices still care about their patients and give great service"

"Dr Shuster originally performed my femoral crossover graft in 2016. Everything turned out okay, although being only 54 years old it was physically rough on me. I don't know how older folks deal with the pain from such. Anyway, I continued to see Shuster till my insurance ran out and didn't pay for last couple visits and I could not afford the $500+ owed. Seven years went by until failure of graph. They would not see me because the money owed them. Ended up having a redo surgery by michigan vascular, which ended up being the worst decision of my life. I won't go into that right now. Now I feel stuck with them , and I feel my surgery was a total flop but I'm stuck with them with no where to turn. Dr Shusters staff is amazing ,although I felt Dr Shuster was kinda rough handed at the time, but now realize he wasn't so much, since having other Dr's cutting into me. I gave 3 stars because I'm so on the fence and confused."

"My husband has received six arteriograms on his legs by this facility. Each time, the staff has been nothing but professional, caring, helpful, and thorough. Most recently, Dr. Paulisin looked further to the issues and found deeper problems. Something previous surgeons overlooked. We're entrusting him with correction of the problem and a better life ahead."

"Thank-you to Dr. Shuster, and all his staff for everything they did for my great grandma and I. Everyone was amazing, even his hospital team. "God complex! Doesn't care about his patients. He actually said he doesn't care about his patient! Thinks he's the best! I wasn't allowed to talk or ask questions today for my follow up. When I had my procedure a month ago no one explained the procedure and what happens to your veins and the possibility that it won't work or could take up to 6 months to work itself out. He has no idea what his patients are going through. There's always a better way to approach people and to be kind in this awful world. He needs to put himself in other people's shoes. I shouldn't have to cry on my way home after a doctor's appointment! The only thing that got me through all this is the amazing staff. They are kind and considerate!"
