"If I would give them zero stars I could. My 4 year old nephew was TURNED AWAY because they “weren’t accepting new TriCare patients.” So money is more important than patients, including MILITARY families since that is the military insurance they are provided with. So now he has to be taken to an ER which is busy enough and patients are treated based on severity, which is why they went to an URGENT CARE to begin with. And we all know how short handed the hospitals in this county are with wait times of several hours. Don’t go here, you might be turned away too."

"They refused care to a very sick 4 year-old because they put pay before the patient. We are a military family, from out of state, and our insurance covers urgent care visits and er visits, and this doctor takes our insurance (but only with existing patients) so they KNOW my insurance and already deal with them, but because it is after hours for pre-authorization they refused us care. Shameful."
