"I, long time loyal Grifols donor on dort hwy in flint Michigan am writing this POOR review in regards to a situation involving one of your phlebotomist EMILY CAROLINE. Being a long time donor I know the rules that are in-forced on the donor floor while completing the process, such as, 1) no voice calls out of respect for other donors. EMILY decided that because her Ex-boyfriend is my best friend, & PERSONALLY DOSENT LIKE ME, that she was goin to take ADVANTAGE of her POSITION a try to get me deferred from being able to come to this location in the future. Emilys obviously not PROFESSIONAL enought to coexist with someone AT WORK she does not like PERSONALLY BECAUSE OF PERSONAL LIFE REASONS. I have respected her space of work and did nothing to instigate this situation other than existing. She FALSIFIED A deferral against me without any WARNING (because I wasn’t on my phone). I Can GUARANTEE THIS IS THE ONLY WRITE UP SHE HAS EVER DONE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE “ON THEIR PHONE” I Challenge the rest of the GREAT GRIFOLS STAFF MEMBERS TO NOT BE LIKE EMILY.
