"I was nervous as I am claustrophobic. We(my wife and I) arrived few minutes before the actual designated time and luckily I was called in quickly, earlier than expected. Things proceeded quite quickly between prep and the RMI. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. I was lucky as my RMI was in a bigger unit and made it much easier to get through. It was a pleasant experience, with exception.of what come next with the text results."
"My heart goes out to everyone there as it was the second day of the new system. They ALL were doing their very best to get customers checked in and some were met with VERY RUDE CUSTOMERS however tour staff were very apologetic and professional. My Tech Tim was so very kind and informative. His kindness actually put a smile on my face that hadn’t been there at all today. It can be very stressful having to have tests done but he actually took the stress out of it just by being so kind and caring. I wasn’t just another patient to him. "We came a little early as we live 90 mins away. The check in lady was extremely helpful. Everyone was so kind. I was totally impressed. I was made aware my dr needs a second mri because what they saw in the first. I told dr i will not go anywhere but back to your place. Very professional. "I was greeted immediately and very pleasantly as soon as I walked in the door. The wait was very minimal. The technician was also very friendly, answered any questions I had, made sure I was comfortably and checked several times during the MRI that I was doing okay."
"Beware!!! If I could leave no stars, I would. I had an ultrasound on 1/12/2024. I received HORRIBLE service and the appointment took over two and a hour hours. I paid a copay of $332.54 upfront before receiving my service. Today, on 2/3/2024, I received a bill for said service stating I only paid $138.05 and that the entire service only cost $219.00. So, why you may ask, was I charged $332.54? That is a very good question and why, you may also ask, are they claiming I paid $200 less than I did? Well, I checked my health spending account to verify that I was indeed charged the full $332.54 on 1/12/2024 to find out that indeed I was, twice! So, they double charged my health spending account and took an exorbitant amount from me for a bill that was actually over $100 less than they claimed my copay was initially. Now, they're trying to claim that I only paid $138.05 AND that I somehow still owe them $71.74. Absolutely not. I will be disputing the charge through my health spending account, they will not be getting a dime from me, and I will be reporting them for fraud."
