"The last 3 months after they have gotten these new machines have been an absolute nightmare. You come any time but 6am, you wait in line for 3 hours. They're only running 2 out of 5 bays and don't have enough employees. Even if you come at 6 you're more likely to have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours before you even get to donate. The new machines are "faster" but the lack of staff makes it pointless. Keep in mind this company profits 300+ million a year, but can't afford to hire anyone ..."
"They have new machines but not enough workers.. also when it comes to getting screen the weigh scales or off. And depends on your weight is how much you will receive for donating. The scales are off.. there's no way my weight is 176 today then 2 days later I returned and it says my weight 171. That's not accurate. I've been under paid because of the old scales they have.. from which we should receive more for donating. This need to be corrected ASAP."
"The short haired older lady nurse is terrible. The Csl app said I was deferred for 14 days due to high heart rate. Completed my 14 day deferred then came back to donate again when my app CLEARLY SAID my defferal has ended just to be told that I was actually supposed to be deferred for 30 days. Wasted time and money getting there and was lied to about my defferal time length. Not the first time I've been lied to about defferal lengths and they act like it's no big deal and like it's ur fault that they have horrible communication. Definitely won't be going back and high suggest new donor's to go elsewhere."
"Needs improvement on staffing. Half the staff is immature and doesn't carry themselves accordingly in a professional environment. I don't know the guys name yet but when I find out, I'm reporting him. He left a painful bruise in my arm for more than a week. I'm just now healing from that encounter."
