I'm giving a 4 star rating since it is extremely difficult to receive a call back, voice mail is often full. Recently having problem with one hearing aide not functioning, my original appointment which was schedule 30 days prior for cleaning got lost in cyber space; therefore had to reschedule and wait an additional week to be seen at a different location. During the interim I am functioning at 50% . totally dissatisfied"
