"I’ve been generally frustrated about my experience and have visited a few times, with everyone assuming it was a poor earmold fit causing my poor experience with my new hearing aids. I was finally able to figure out that one of the new aids is not working properly itself. The other aid was fine (I switched that one to my “better ear”) It had nothing to do with the molds. At my most recent visit today, Ursula did a great job listening to my feedback and input and agreed with my recommendation to send the aid back for replacement/repair. I enjoyed my appointments with Rachel also. She is patient and accepts patient input without judgement. I’m a lifetime wearer of hearing aids. This team will do their best to get an ASL interpreter if you request one! Positive experiences overall."

"Very satisfied. I only recently got hearing aids and I was so happy that I could hear clearly again. Imagine my concern when one morning I couldn’t hear well out of my left ear. So, I called the CHSC and scheduled an appointment. Kim was so nice! She looked at my ears and assured me that they were fine. Whew! "I am very grateful for my new hearing aids! They are helping me to hear in ways I haven't been able to hear in a long time! I am able to perform better at my job as an administrative assistant because I can understand my colleagues and staff. I am more social because I can participate in conversations without saying "what?" or "repeat" or nodding my head because I didn't hear what was said. Whenever I needed help I was able to call and get answers regarding my hearing aids. The audiologist made sure my hearing aids were comfortable and she went out of her way to make sure that I was hearing comfortably and at a level that was helping me. She showed me all the features about the Oticon app and helped my understand how to use it on my phone. She added features that would help me to do my job better. I love the Bluetooth capability and being able to hear without people listening in on my conversation. I love being able to hear music without having to take my hearing aids out. I'm glad I don't have to wear a box to connect to my hearing aids. They stay charged all day! I love my new hearing aids!!! Thank you so much!!!"

"They staff here are wonderful. They are so nice. My son had been going here since he was a toddler. He was getting speech services here weekly. He loved coming to speech .he still has a hearing aid, but hopefully not for long. He hates to wear it. But other than that, I love going here."
