"I can honestly say making the change from another practitioner to this office was life changing for me. Dr. Reddy and Katie Along with all the other staff so caring and kind. I also have to say having my labs done at the same office has been an amazing experience as well. I never have to wait long and they always are so quick! If I could give this office and their staff a hundred stars I would!"

"If you decide to go here, NEVER make any complaints or lodge any concerns about a staff member or your account will be closed and you will be without access to your healthcare during a pandemic. I had an issue with DEVON, a patient PA-C, who could not make her Telemed appts on time or send out timely communications for conferences. I expressed concern and impact to Dr. Reddy and asked to work directly with her after this happened 2X in back to back appointments. Dr Reddy's response was to close my account and boot me from their office with a passive/aggressive mailer to provide a reference to my next doctor and a BEST of LUCK statement. To say this was SHOCKING is an understatement. I had never had an issue prior in several years as a patient, but this just underscores that the office is not interested in hearing about issues or working on staff issues. They'd rather get rid of patients. BEWARE - no dissenters ALLOWED in this office!"

"I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Reddy on my first office visit with her yesterday and I feel blessed that is she is now my doctor. She made me feel so comfortable and explained extensively how she wanted to proceed with my treatment. It is rare to trust a doctor from the first visit but she is so knowledgeable and compassionate, it was easy. I am a type 1 already on the pump but her plans for me will help me stay healthy and I so look forward to working with her on my diabetes and learning from her. "Dr. Reddy and her team are amazing! They are attentive and caring. The best treatment plans are easily explained. Efficient and fast scheduling. Labs done on site make everything convenient and the tech is very good! I’ve had my blood drawn and almost always have poor experiences with my small veins but this tech somehow finds them easily and makes the process almost painless. Highly recommend!"
