"Professional , friendly and clearly the best place to test in Detroit Metro area. Huge shout out to Mike for being patient and explaining how the process goes. Way better than Tapt or quest."
"People are friendly and professional, but make sure you have cash they won't tell you on the site or phone. And beware the ATM they send you to is at a liquor store. Just a slap in the face honestly."
"This place is Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. When I got there I waited 10 minutes just for someone to check me in and thats when I was told it was a $15 CASH ONLY testing fee which they did not disclose over the phone when I called an hour prior to showing up. I went to the atm to get out the $15 when I first arrived. I then waited 15 more minutes because I lost my place in line going to the atm. They finally asked me for my I.D which I provided and I wait, they then tell me “there’s two people with your name in our system so the paper work will take a while”. I wait again. I provide my sample and then I am told “there’s a $20 enrollment fee” I now have to go to the bank yet again because they neglected to tell me about the fees before hand. When i told the gentleman at the desk that I had literally just gone to the bank his response was “well I didn’t know how much money you were going to take out”… Do you not know the fees of the facility that you work at? How did you not know how much money I would bring if you only gave me ONE fee that I had to pay? Simple things like disclosing ALL fees and being a cash only facility would make things run smoother. Not looking forward to these next few months of check ins."
"They refused me service unless I bought a mask even though I claimed I have a medical issue preventing this. Then they billed me for the mask and never gave it to me or made me wear one. Neither of the employees were wearing a mask. They also had 4 people in the lobby when it clearly listed 3 maximum occupants. I have it all on video."
"Would give 0 stars if possible!!! I was ordered by my probation to use this service to get a portable breathalyzer to take with me on vacation. Called this morning to set up my appointment. A young man answered the phone, very polite, very helpful. He said he had to get a manager to complete my file, so placed me on hold. Next thing I know, this very unpleasant woman answers the phone and rudely just starts asking me a bunch of questions, half of which I had already answered. The minute I asked why I had to repeat all my information I had ALREADY GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE, she hung up on me! So I called back a second time, was immediately placed on hold, someone picked up the phone pretty quickly, then hung up again. I FINALLY got through to this so called “manager”. Who seemed less than thrilled to be taking a call. After she set me up, I wanted to get ahold of the Royal Oak location to find out who the first lady was I spoke with, but the “manager” said she would call and talk to them. Listen I get it, you deal with unhappy people all day. But I was in a perfectly fine mood, and your very rude employee slightly put a damper on that. So you should really hire people who want to be there and who want to help people. Not just looking for a paycheck."
