"My surgeries were in 2018. Bills were paid off, then shortly after covid hit i started getting a bill saying i owed $475. After YEARS of stating that they needed to send me an itemized statement of everything that i paid and to show me exactly where I owed $475 after 3 years post surgery they refused to do so. Yet have no problems calling me 1 a month then up to twice a week demanding payment. This place was my worst experience by far with a doctor. A call just last week asking for payment again otherwise they’ll send me to collections, i asked for proof, the call was disconnected. YEARS of asking and no proof given. Yet when i call the actual doctors office they say they can’t provide me with any information due to a new system they’re using… but have no problem asking for $475. This is appalling."
