"I received unsolicited christian literature with the test kits. Additionally, the doctor who reviewed my results also mentioned "god" while reviewing test results. I find religious rant unprofessional, offensive and very uncomfortable. It made talking to the doctor awkward. Talking to customer service felt like I was dealing with a cult. Some of the blood results were confusing and the doctor was all over the place trying to explain them (jumping pages). Wish the medical reports (results) would have more clarity and organization. Doctor is not an MD but a functional doctor so be prepared to hear about electromagnetic fields (not much we can do) in the environment instead of focusing on your results clearly and objectively."
