"Out of the four times I have visited during their stated business hours, they have only been open once. Twice it was closed and locked, despite being “open” according to the hours posted on the front door, and once I walked in only to be told that they were closed, once again, despite the posted business hours contradicting that. The one time they were open it was an okay store."
"I've shopped here many time's and have purchased gun's and other things at very reasonable prices. I even bought a generator and sold it a year later for more than I purchased it for. I don't know how people being racist inside the store has to do with purchasing anything from them"
"Purchased two firearms from Sourdough and overall had a great experience. The two gentlemen behind the counter were incredibly helpful and reasonable with their prices all while throwing in a couple boxes of ammunition. Upon checkout they were fast and assisted in getting us on the road as quickly as possible while still doing professional FFL checks. As of right now I will plan on purchasing firearms from them again."
"I'd give this store a rating of 0 if I could. We - me and my Step-Dad - had entered the business looking for a pair of motorcycle boots. Upon realizing they had none we decided to look at other things for sale. The store had a large selection of rifles (none of which were secured, or trigger-locked in any way). I noticed two I specifically liked and inquired; they were over priced. So far the experience had been average. We decided to exit the business, and as we were waiting to pull out of the parking lot I notice the owner walking behind vehicle. He approaches the driver door and opens it without warning; a pistol in his left hand. He proceeds to yell at us - me, my Step-Dad, and my Mother - and act extremely irrational and threatening. I'm able to make out something along the lines of, "...there were two and now one's missing..." I realize he's referring to the rifles and offer to back up my vehicle and allow a search. We back up, I turn off the vehicle and pop the trunk. He enters his store (never holstering his weapon) and returns after a minute or two saying that they're both there. He doesn't even apologize, but simply returns to his store. My point is, this man (the owner, I believe) is extremely irrational and a potential threat to his customers. 1. He doesn't secure his weapons AT ALL. No bolt locks, no trigger locks, nothing securing them to the shelf; nothing. 2. He wielded a pistol and threatened his customers before even verifying a missing product. 3. He showed no remorse for his actions and believed he was in the right. I have no idea what would have happened had he not found his rifle, but I know my day, and my parents', would have been a lot worse."
