"Teachers are great ! I HIGHLY recommend them for child care services. However , working there ? Is the total opposite . Such great people working there , yet SO LITTLE appreciation is shown for them . (By the parents & higher up / supervisors ) Working there is like being a mom more than a teacher. Parents definitely need to show more appreciation, as these employees are basically with their kids as much as the parents are."
"The folks here do really care about each child and it's well-run, clean place where the focus is on letting kids be kids, play, have fun, and make friends and healthy relationships. They are also very communicative and transparent with messages from management and good communication from the teachers/caregivers, too. Sure, they struggle with staffing much like any other facility, but at least we know when they are going to have a crunch!"
