"Just moved to anchorage and heard this is the place to go for puffers. 10/10 recommend! Christina was so fun and helpful and didn't get annoyed with any questions I had. She even read me some of the flavors so I didn't have to strain my eyes or lean over their counter! They have a rewards system which is amazing, in my opinion. "My dad went in to grab a vape, and the lady working was so rude to him, wouldn’t let him take a picture of them or the menu, and was short and mean. I could hear her on the other end of the phone. She said she couldn’t verify my age but there’s pictures of every wall when you search the place. Do not recommend going in there when that woman is working 2/12 at 2:15. Hopefully she learns customer service and how to speak with people"

"Great e- liquid selection and a pretty sweet rewards/points system. Almost every visit I'm told I have points to redeem for $$ off of my purchase which is always nice! To my knowledge, the points don't expire, they accumulate quickly, and you can save them to stack your savings. Staff has always been super friendly and knowledgeable. They were understanding when I brought brought back 2 batteries I had purchased that wouldn't hold charge days later. Despite all the glass in the store, they don't however carry replacement glass for vape tanks."

"Love this store but wish they would buy more silicon pink bongs and maybe get an entire collection from a manufacturer not just like one or two pieces because let’s be honest, yall have enough money as a company to buy an entire collection. I also wish they would special order but every time they just tell me to suggest to the manager to buy more pink silicon bongs. This is one of my favorite bong stores however the last 3 bongs I got ended up broken due to bad drivers who don’t know how to drive per weather conditions but love this store!"
