"Bent my wedding pictures that were in an envelope and continued to bend them despite being asked not to. Tried to charge like $3 an envelope but all separate transactions despite it fitting through the slot that allows it to be paid by stamp. We decided to leave and just put them in the drop box because the level of disrespect. ONE MONTH LATER the envelopes are on my doorstep requiring extra postage and completely destroyed. I paid around $400 on these photos and thank you cards to be sent out and your carelessness and disrespect ruined them. Thanks alot. My husband is keeping me from coming in there and giving you a piece of my mind."

"I have been doing business at East Chester Post Office for over 40 years. I know the staff and they're great people and always friendly. This Post Office can get very busy at times and I do notice the staff shortage. I've had some of the best Mail carriers deliver my mail. One Postal Carrier, he went the extra mile when I had an knee replacement by doing extra by being patient enough for me to get to the door or even just raise my garage door where he could bring my mail-in to me. He should be named the employee of the year. Keep up the great work."

"When the item is to large for your mailbox you'll find it here. The lobby hours are open until 6 PM, so it's tough to make it here in time. There are rows of post office boxes, but I see no high-tech self help devices. I have the hours in my pictures, but I expect them to vary throughout the year."
