"The bus driver Kenda was awesome but since I have to take the kid to the bus stop instead of being right in front of my house I can only give a 1 star review if she would come all the way to my circle I would totally give her a 5 star. According to my kid she doesnt drive fast enough to get to school on time. Maybe this review can change things for the better."

"The buses in and out of this depot are constantly pulling in front of people and break checking traffic. Really wish you guys respected driving more since you have a whole company for it. I wish Anchorage found a new school bus company"

"This bus was 50 minutes late picking up my son. That was after I called and waited 30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone. My son has been in summer school 4 days and the bus showed up 2 times. The bus driver lied to both me and the dispatcher and said he already was at my house. The dispatcher said she can see if he was. I said, I was outside for 45 minutes waiting for the bus. What time was he at my house? She hung up. Saying he’ll be there in a minute which was 50 minutes late. The school department should look into using a different bus company. This one is full of liars."

"To the bus driver for Reliant #662 - God bless your heart Richard for having a lot of patience with special needs children, you deserve recognition & a pay raise, the bus company sure is lucky to have you on board and we need more drivers like YOU! There was NO time at all you show any kind of frustrations or concerns or being impatient when my special needs daughter decided on some days to take her time coming back in the house and back on the bus to get a missing item, brushing her hair or eating while the attendant is waiting to get her seated safely and buckle up her safety vest up, holding the bus from taking off. Thank you for all your hard work, and for having a heart of gold for special needs children. Richard is my daughter regular bus driver and I have never once had any complaints or concerns at all since Richard became her bus driver, I feel at ease and worry less all the time knowing that she’s in good hands when riding the bus in the mornings to school and back!"

"The best job I've ever had, and still have! I have close relationships with my managers, supervisors and co-workers. I love the kids and their parents and the chance to interact with them, and enjoy operating the fantastic equipment we use. The wages are fair, although that's hardly why I continue to work there, it's way more than a job, it's an absolute pleasure. Thank you reliant for everything you've done for my family and I and for the community. We transport students safely, and as on time as is safe."
