"They came when they were supposed to, and crew worked hard so thank you for that part. HOWEVER they damaged a $1000 desk which was in excellent condition prior to the move. It was left with a broken cabinet and broken drawer. We filed a claim but they denied it saying "it was an old desk." What does that have to do with the fact that it was in great condition before and they damaged it during the move? If you have an old Porsche or Cadillac that you've been keeping in a well maintained state and someone drives it into a tree is it acceptable for them to say they don't think they should help fix it because it was old? This company didn't do the right thing by their customers."
