"Super frustrating experience with customer DISservice. Ordered product online to pick up there. Sent son in to collect; he was denied because he didn't have my wife's ID (who ordered it). I followed up a couple days later with her ID & credit card, an order receipt, my ID, etc. Manager insinuated I was fraudulently trying to complete an order. He wouldn't call the contact number on the bank, wouldn't look at my ID to see corroborating addresses, wouldn't call bank to check credit card info, etc. Only I left was I informed (by the corporate customer service person I called to complain) that the policy is if you are not a Verizon customer, you have to show up personally to collect an order—no "agents," even if a spouse. This info is not posted well on order interface (buried), and the management's rude attitude did in no way counter that issue. I understand policy, having worked in retail management myself: poor online communication backed up by arrogant in-person representation = forever never customer and ample bad press. (All for a $50 powerbank.)"
