Anchorage Wine House at Huffman

"I came in here for the first time with my boyfriend after shopping at the walking store next door. As soon as I decided on which wine I wanted, the old short man who works there started following us, so I tried to make conversation and just felt like I was being “watched” for stealing.(which I do not do) He just stood and watched right next to us while we were trying to check the store out. Neither of us have any intent to steal, I just felt profiled. I continued on trying to shop but with the old man following me around it made me so uncomfortable, even after I tried to make light convo with them. This was the most weird awkward experience. I get protecting your store but I just felt this was really wrong. We did spend about $100 and honestly I wish I spent it at another liquor store where I know i won’t be profiled."

He got online to see who made what I was looking for and then helped me find who in town would stock such an item. He went far above and beyond what was expected. With customer service like that they have made me a customer for life."
