"Will hang up on you. Some drivers are kind but others will overcharge. I got into it one time bc I called the dispatch mid trip to verify my trip price, in which they told me the taxi fare was wrong (I was being ripped off) but then didn't actually give me a solution besides transferring me to leave a VOICEMAIL. How is a voicemail supposed to help me when this man is currently robbing me of my CASH in real time? I've met some really cool drivers but overall I feel my rating is appropriate for the amount of issues I've had during my relationship with this company."
"Absolutely horrible service. We called to get a ride to the airport from our hotel. It took three calls to get them to send a cab. When the cab finally showed up (in a small compact car) the driver yelled at us and said our two regular sized suitcases were “too large” and he took off without even trying to see if they would fit. One of the people working at the hotel saw what happened and couldn’t believe it. The bags would have fit, but the driver was a total jerk. The man at the hotel called a friend of his who is an Uber driver. He was there in 10 minutes and got us to the airport just in time. Don’t even think about using this company. Why have a tiny compact car when most people are visitors and have bags? Why did it take three calls to reach someone? And why would an employee feel they have a right to yell at customers? Terrible service. That’s why."
"I normally love riding with them. However this last ride was terrible. I called for the cab and asked for a call when they arrived because they often struggle to find the address for my dentist. The cab cancelled without notifying me. Over one hour later I called again and they arrived. You could understand why I didn't want to wait outside. However the driver's excuses persisted the entire ride. Dispatch couldn't provide him with a straight answer. He acts as if he won't get his money the entire ride. Because it was a voucher ride there overall performance was unprofessional from the driver to the dispatch and the manager. The second time that my drivers questions about my medical appointment were somewhere between nosy and knowing too much. Just being honest. I think a lot of other folks would have taken this ride personally and overreacted. I hope my honesty doesn't lead to future unprofessionalism."
"I cannot begin to explain the amount of issues I’ve had with this company. Not only have I experienced a time where a driver drove right past me in the rain at 4 am and then never sent another car… but I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and I use medical vouchers to get to and from my OB appointments. I have already use the service a few times. Today, when I called to order my Cab, I was sent to the senior dispatch as usual. I began to let her know that I had a voucher at destination and I needed a car at a certain time. She continued to interrupt me, and then tell me in the most awful tone that I need to have my provider call the company and some thing about a list. I informed her that the vouchers were already printed at my destinations, which means that called would’ve already happened and I am just the patient, who is supposed to call the car, get in it, and hand off a piece of paper. None of the other stuff is my responsibility… she then continued to just repeat, have your provider call and then hung up on me. Mind you, this baby could come any day, and these appointments are very important. Because I call from the same number every time, they definitely know that I have called before and have had the Taxi come and take me to my appointments. Not one time has dispatch ever said I need to have the doctors office call them??? I’m not sure what possesses someone to have such an unwarranted attitude this early in the morning, and to someone who is just trying to make sure their baby is healthy? This customer service method is just outright ghetto and unprofessional. Whoever is working senior dispatch around 11 am on December 14th 2023, that lady needs to be talked to."
