"Anchorage Greens, Alaska's own little (really LARGE) greenhouse provides fresh hydroponically grown vegetables that we put into salads, cook in Asian cuisine and really enjoy. It is a family run business and the team is exceptional and always upbeat. Always with a good story, friendly outlook, and super fresh and delicious produce. Need to sign up with them to get the greens - but it is worth a weekly subscription! Update: Trevor and crew have been expanding to include classes, for purchase options, a super cool fish tank that works as a hydroponic garden, Kombucha by the can or on tap.
