"The doctors and staff are great kind and friendly. I gave this place two stars because they lost my fasting nasa lean results that confirmed I had POTS and even telling me I had it it was never put down as an official diagnosis. On top of all that I also can't seem to get any of my medical records from them even though I've asked 3 times for them and none of my records are on my patient portal so I can't see any after visit summaries or anything if I didn't have a portal account with blank summaries and results you'd think I was never a patient. I can't even pick up where I left off at a new doctor I have to start from scratch like I've never been seen before."
