"Waited an hour and 30 minutes. My sons eye was to swollen to then give stitches too I asked at one point if I should leave and take him to the ER. Then after waiting that long they decided they were going to numb his eye. Normally this facility is great! The timing is fast. I’m wondering if someone called out and she was by herself. It sucks to have waited so long that the inner flesh was sticking out of his eye cut from swelling. It was over a 2 hour visit which normally this isn’t the case. Also not a fan of the new check in system. Normally I’d give them a 5"
