"Rodda paint doesn't exactly have the best customer service to be honest. I'd rather go to Sherwin Williams for my paint needs. But, if you're an expert in paint and stain and don't care if whoever is helping you is harsh, then you'll be fine."

"Well, they did have what I came to purchase. A Graco spray tip. I also picked up a few extra things I thought I might not have already assimilated. Although I got what I came for....Home Depot also had it...I thought I'd try a local place, I prefer to patronize locally owned places if at all possible, like: spenards and fire fastner, and bells plumbing and heating, etc...instead of a box store. The taller, guy that " helped me" lacked...in customer communication skills in my opinion. He didn't ask what my project was, what I had so far, what paint I was using, etc. The number one reason I patronize home grown stores is the usual customer service, the banter, the questions, the selling me what I need, NOT what I asked for, etc... I didn't get any of that here. If home depot has it. I'll go there next time. Apathy will not be rewarded by me."
