"When you need the little things, this store is packed with every little nut and bolt you might need. The inventory is so spot on and they are never out of the little specialty items the larger stores don’t carry. The customer service is so good, you feel you’re among friends. I’ve always felt good spending money here and the coffee is always on (Black Rifle coffee). If you shop anywhere else you’re making a mistake as they have competitive prices and the service is second to none. Thank you for showing the community what a small business owner should be like with employees who are dedicated to the cause. This review is based on a 5 year assessment with countless interactions and transactions. Not once have I been disappointed other then they don’t sell groceries or cars… ;)"

"Surprised to see a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Would definitely be a deterrent if I'm looking to spend a significant amount on hardware, lumber, and what-not. Makes the drive to Anchorage Lowe's look not so bad. We will continue to patronize Trustworthy for smaller items and will be sure to bring cash next time. But for the higher end purchases, we gotta head to Anchorage in future."

Most Saturday’s I make a TrustWorthy Hardware run to pickup some Black Rifle Coffee and whatever else I need for my latest project or repair job… Even the random stuff, Gordon has it! When the roof vent cover on my furnace exhaust pipe blew off from high winds, the main hardware store on Eagle River Loop sent me around the corner to their Paint & Lumberyard, which is located just behind Carrs Grocery Store and they knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock! 20 minutes later I was standing on my roof, installing the new vent cover! "Really like this place and their lumber store down the road. They have a lot of variety and since they are family owned I like going there more than Walmart. They even have a special selection of small screws and bolts for guns so you can just get one or two instead of buying a bigger package."
