I have called three times this past week to try and schedule a residential cleaning and each time they have taken a message for someone to call me back but absolutely no one has called me back! Today is Friday evening and I have called last Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. I've left 2 different phone numbers and they haven't called either of them! This is absolutely ridiculous"
