"I first heard about Arctic Haus from a coworker who used their services on multiple occasions and had really good experience with them. The first time I hired them was over a year ago, when I was moving and needed to make sure the apartment I was moving out of was spotless. Since they did a very good job, we agreed they would be coming to my new house every three weeks to help me keep it clean and tidy. Like I said, it’s been over a year and I don’t think I’ve ever had any complaints. They’re easy to communicate with, and I always tell them what the focus is going to be on, so my expectations are always met. It’s just nice to have someone reliable, someone you can trust with being in your home even when you’re not there."

"Plain and simple: hired to do a move-in clean and just didn’t clean the house. The cleaners were sitting in the car ready to leave when I pulled up. Didn’t get a chance to do a closer inspection until my movers had already arrived. I’ll spare you the after pictures of crumbs in drawers and on fridge shelves, dirty toilets, a monstrous mess in the shower drain that killed my appetite for 24hrs, and the “woe is me” email offering a measly 15% refund for the privilege of doing the work myself. Look elsewhere for a job well-done. Arctic Haus is not the place. In response to their missive below: I’ve never had to check for dirty remains with any other cleaning company I’ve hired. Buyer beware."
