"So after hearing about 7k from some people I know, I thought maybe it could be a decent opportunity to diversify my portfolio with precious metals and coins. Needless to say after a little over a year of “investing” in them, I’m quite disappointed; and this is why you need diversification folks. Don’t get me wrong, I was always looking forward to getting a new coin in the mail every month and I’m being generous with the 2 stars. But after so many changes to the payment options, different 3rd party affiliated payment websites that the Q&A hardly covers and hardly much help from support, to unnecessarily high shipping and processing fees (they charge you $10-$20 shipping for an intangible membership signup and/or renewal) I am now incredibly bearish toward the sentiment of turning profits with this company if you are someone who is collecting as an investment. UNLESS you are recruiting others to sign up and are putting in the time and work at coin conventions etc, selling in person for huge markups, this one is not for you."

"I was thinking about investing in some silver bullion and. The building kinda reminds me of a warehouse, when I arrived all the doors were locked. I didn’t know if I came to the right place. When they answered they said they were open and would send someone to open the door. Hm security seems good. You had to sign in and the record shows one person last week and maybe a have dozen people 3 weeks into the month. She said she could call the service manager. And then she said he was unavailable and asked for my phone number and he would call back. When I went went I threw the doors is looked like a waiting room for some dr. Clinic. Except they are more welcoming 7k just isn’t ready to do business with anyone. Complete waste of time."
