"UPDATE: UPS is singling me out because I complain whenever they don't do their job, now the local driver is refusing to deliver to my address because "I have a dog", my security cameras show every time the driver has been there and that the dog has not been a threat. I seriously don't think UPS would stay in business in this town if FedEx would get a counter that customers could go to, I know they would get most of my considerable shipping business. I had to fight with them for months when I first moved here to get them to deliver packages to my address because no one lived at this address for a while and planning and zoning changed the address in the meantime which apparently is a huge wrench in ups's delivery mechanics. It literally took months of not getting my packages and having to escalate my complaints from the local ups to corporate level before things got slightly better."

"The cashier was very friendly and helpful. AMAZON RETURNS: Note that this is NOT a UPS Store, just a UPS Customer Center. They do not have packing materials or boxes, just tape, and cannot pack items for return to Amazon as indicated in the Amazon instructions. It isn't their fault. So just be aware and bring it packed yourself. They are able to print the shipping label."
